Progress report for today:
Ate 4 Medifast meals (all about 100 calories apiece)
1 chicken breast
less than a cup of veggies
a small heaping of gluten free mashed potatoes
string bean salad
treadmill for 20 mins
Didn't munch on much else today so that was a good thing, did have some pistachios though.
I also need to work on my water intake. It's not nearly what it was.
Mom is pushing for Weight Watchers and I am considering it after seeing Katie's success!
So that's the report for day 2!
